Ex Libris will be on display at Welles-Turner Memorial Library from Friday, August 28th through Wednesday, October 28th. The show features the vibrant abstract work of CT artist Eddie Hall. Working on reclaimed windows, Hall creates bold geometric compositions inspired by architecture and design, transforming discarded materials into dynamic works of art. His distinctive approach gives new life to salvaged objects while exploring color, pattern, and form.

Eddie Hall is a self-taught abstract artist based in Berlin, Connecticut, known for creating vibrant geometric works on reclaimed windows. Inspired by architecture and design, he transforms discarded materials into bold visual compositions. Hall is a member of the Kehler Liddell Gallery and the Silvermine Guild of Artists, and his work has been featured in exhibitions at museums and galleries throughout the Northeast. His artwork is held in the permanent collections of the New Britain Museum of American Art and Central Connecticut State University and is currently on display at the Connecticut State Capitol Building and Bradley International Airport. In addition to his work as an artist, Hall is an attorney, father of two teenagers, and is pursuing the ambitious goal of exhibiting at every Connecticut library with a gallery.
