BOOK SALE NEWS. The Friends of Welles-Turner will have our spring book sale on the lawn at the library on Saturday, May 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather, TD Bank has graciously offered us the use of their parking garage.

Our sale will feature many of our traditional genres including fiction, nonfiction, children’s books of all types, Young Adult literature, DVDs, CDs, puzzles, and games. Checks, cash and credit cards will be accepted. ($10.00 Credit card minimum)

If you are interested in volunteering at the spring book sale, please contact us at booksale@friendswtmlib.org or 860-652-7728.

DONATION HOUSE. Please remember the Friends if you are doing some spring cleaning! We are always looking for donations of clean, gently used books. Please place your bagged or boxed donations in the “house” located at the rear entrance to the library. In order to prepare for our sale, the donation house will be closed starting on Saturday, April 25th and reopen on Saturday, May 23rd.
