The Friends of Welles-Turner will have their spring book sale on the lawn at the library on Saturday, May 10th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather, TD Bank has graciously offered us the use of their parking garage.
Our sale will feature many of our traditional genres including fiction, nonfiction, special priced books, Children’s books of all types, Young Adult literature, and DVDs and CDs.
SPECIAL NOTE: For those of you who love history, biography and art, our May sale will feature an amazing selection of books in these genres!
If you are interested in volunteering at the spring book sale, please contact us at booksale@friendswtmlib.org or 860-652-7728.
Donation House
Please remember the Friends if you are doing some spring cleaning! We are always looking for donations of clean, gently used books. Please place your bagged or boxed donations in the “house” located at the rear entrance to the library. In order to prepare for our sale, the donation house will be close on Friday, May 2nd and reopen on Wednesday, May 21st.
