Spread out at a table, tuck into a cozy corner, or meet with friends and colleagues in one of our reservable rooms. Study rooms provide semi-private space for individuals or small groups and can be reserved for up to two hours, with extra time available if there is no wait. Planning something bigger? Meeting rooms are available for larger groups.

Family estrangement often brings a mix of grief, relief, confusion, and resilience that can be difficult to untangle.
In this thoughtful virtual program on Thursday 7/16 at 1 p.m., Sharla Cook (MA, LMFT-A, CCTP-I) explores the emotional landscape of estrangement, including how to navigate boundary-setting, process ambiguous loss, and rebuild a sense of identity and connection. The program will also address the perspective of those on the other side of a no-contact decision, offering insight into how to respect boundaries, respond with care, and support healing without overstepping.
Whether you are directly affected or hoping to better understand a loved one’s experience, this program offers a compassionate space for reflection and guidance.
